The Walker Residences, the second writing community of Walker Archives, an apartment complex AU
where residents participate in an XP-based system. Members earn experience points by completing
tasks, engaging in games, writing, and more. These points can be used to expand and upgrade
homes, move in with a roommate, own a pet, start and promote a business within the complex, and
cover their rent.

When purchasing items or engaging in activities, tenants are responsible for accurately adding or deducting the corresponding XP from their total. The base will conduct a weekly check of XP balances. Rent payments are made monthly, and XP balances carry over from month to month without resetting.

Hire an Employee*: This option is contingent upon an agreement between two individuals within The Walker Residences. Both the employer and the employee must be residents of The Walker Residences. The employer is responsible for compensating the employee using their own XP. Employees are required to demonstrate their contributions through tangible outputs, such as plotting or other agreed-upon tasks. Compensation terms, including the amount and payment schedule, must be mutually negotiated and agreed upon by both parties.
Plot**: Plots can be derived from prompts and self or collabortive plots. While working
on a posted prompt is not mandatory, prompts are offered to spark inspiration and guide
your writing. However, actively writing and contributing is required to earn XP, so
participation is highly encouraged.
Tasks***: Tasks are optional but strongly encouraged as a way to earn XP.
